La Tienda de Luis, aimed at young learners of Spanish, is set in the old town of Oviedo, in the Spanish region of Asturias, where Luis, a friendly, larger-than-life character opens a new shop with the help of his equally eccentric aunt Tía María. In each episode a group of young people join Luis in adventures around their home town. The scenarios introduce and reinforce new words and key phrases in Spanish. Students learn naturally, hearing the accents of their new Spanish friends. The dvd contains 5 fifteen minute programmes. Activity book also available to complement the series.
